Why Not Tonight (mp3) post

I am teaching myself how to record my music. 'Cause nobody does it like I do. For free anyway. I've had lots of homies, offer up their time and facilities, and those moments have produced some good work. But before it ends I always seem to find myself being cautious of overtaxing their patience. Usually just about the time I'm starting to really get into it...

So here's one I got to spend all day and night on, trying every good idea (read: "making every mistake") that occurred to me in the process. I'm too tired to tell if I'm really satisfied, or if I'm just done. Either way (and without further ado)...

Why Not Tonight

[The above song is not the original mp3, but a remix I posted on Aug. 27, 2008. Thanks, Rob, for the hints. I look forward to implementing even more of them in future recording projects.]

The overall sound is better now... much better... the vocal tracks are more clear, did you do anything on the guitar part too?
The more I listen to this song and the more I like it, good job!!!

As soon as I have something ready for you I am going to post it in http://share.avanoo.com/pl/proj ... so you have a reference guide (not that I could teach something to anybody... let’s call them suggestions!!!)

since there's not the old one to compare is difficult for me to understand what has changed... but... I say it IN PUBLIC... if you want to.... we can arrange somehow and you send me the wav files, then I work on them just for mixing mastering and so on... and then... if you're satisfied you have your song done!
for me would be a pleasure, I say it for real...
think about it dude!

Overall, I like it. A lot. I don't know what to call it but the wavering sound of the guitar give me an interesting feeling that I can't quite pinpoint or describe. I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about the voice echo though...
